UNIC is proud to present...

The European Cinema Summit (ECS) is the new place to be for movie exhibitors. It is the latest trade fair where they will find every thing they need: from movies to supplies and services for their movie theaters.

The ECS is an "all-in-one event", made of conferences, workshops, screenings, demos and a gala evening.

It’s a unique, European, new, young, diverse, fun, technologic and best event for all movie theater owners and their partners! European and American distributors will assist in order to present their line-up. The ECS will take place each year in a different country member of UNIC (International Union of Cinemas).

A word from UNIC's President:

"A warm welcome to all of you ! We are delighted about the ECS and its promising future! This new event will bring together all the European movie theatre owners and will prepare them to face the upcoming challenges of the movie business, on both local and global scales." — Ad Weststrate

The ECS is hosted at the Kinepolis Multiplex, allowing an important flexibility thanks to its 2000m² of exhibition lounge, 4 conference rooms, multi-screens for cinema releases (12 rooms from 100 to 500 places), a terrace, a solarium and its trade fair. Presence of bars and confectioneries; breakfast and lunches organized. You will share best practices in a great & new cinema atmosphere!

Located in a Brussels suburb, it opened in September 1988 and is built as part of the Brupark amusement park which also includes the Oceadium (an indoor swimming complex with saunas and solarium), a model village and a model Europe set in miniature which can be walked through. All screens are THX certified.
